By accessing or using NourishPlan (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years old (with parental consent if under 18).

THE SERVICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND MEAL-PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. Meal plans are designed by registered dietitians as general guidance. They are not personalized medical nutrition therapy, clinical advice, or a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider.
Consult your physician or a registered dietitian before starting any meal plan, especially if you:
NourishPlan makes no claims that any meal plan will treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary.
Subscriptions are billed via Apple App Store or Google Play. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies. NourishPlan does not process refunds directly for app store purchases.
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.
When you authorize NourishPlan to push a grocery list to Kroger, Walmart, or Instacart, you:
NourishPlan may earn a commission from qualifying purchases you make via grocery partners. This does not affect the prices you pay. Disclosures are provided where required by law.
Grocery partner services are governed by those partners' own terms and privacy policies. NourishPlan is not responsible for the quality, availability, pricing, or delivery of items ordered through third-party services.
You agree NOT to:
All meal plans, recipes, graphics, text, and software are owned by Greenbelt Labs LLC or its licensors (including dietitian partners) and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License granted to you: a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial household meal planning.
You may not republish meal plans, share recipes outside your household, or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or content to NourishPlan (e.g., meal ratings, dietary preferences), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for Service improvement, subject to our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of nutritional information.
We do not warrant that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Greenbelt Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages; the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greenbelt Labs LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or other cause. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Upon termination:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that you may bring claims in small-claims court if eligible.
Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive your right to participate in a class action.
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@nourishplan.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms continues in effect.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and NourishPlan regarding the Service.
